Develop and engage in the collaborative and social aspects of writing processes

Before this course, I did not consider myself adapting to this component of the writing process; nevertheless, I have learned more about its relevance in generating excellent writing accessible to everybody. Peer reviews were the most helpful in enhancing my experience with this course learning result, especially as everyone got more honest during the course in delivering relevant, sometimes critical, comments. My capacity to explain ideas and engage in meaningful debates has increased due to collaborative writing exercises and group projects, particularly those focusing on structural and historical racism. These activities allowed me to encounter and appreciate many points of view, expanding both my writing style and analytical abilities in a way that is both courteous and conscious of varied cultural and historical settings.
